Finding motivation to stay active with an encouraging group of individuals is difficult. We strive to create a community of movers who want to begin, maintain, and promote connectivity and an active lifestyle. We promote the prioritization of your mind, body, and spirit. We want to surround you with others who support and encourage each other in their quest to take care of their social and physical well-being. We welcome a wide range of ages, abilities, experience, and lifestyles all with the goal of finding balance.

 
 

Barre/PiLATES

a low-impact class where you’ll strengthen muscles, while improving alignment and flexibility. This full-body workout will have you walking away feeling strong and mobile!

Hip Hop

incorporates basic hip hop techniques with warm-up sequences, cardio exercises, and more! You will learn short progressive hip hop combinations throughout the session.

Tap

focus on musicality and rhythm, while developing your co-ordination, musicality, and range of motion of the feet, ankles, knees, and hips. This is a great class to challenge the mind!

Yoga

For beginner and experienced Yogis, move through postures, breath work, and mindfulness to melt away worries and connect with the body, mind, and spirit.

BACHELORETTE PARTIES

Create a unique and unforgettable bachelorette experience! We offer 2-hour dance lessons for up to 10 participants in Burlesque, Yoga or Hip Hop that are a fun and empowering time! Lessons are hosted at our studio, but we can come to you in the comfort of your bachelorette residence!
